Shipping Information
1. Group your order with friends and get a FREE SHIPPING COST for a minimum of 500 US$ total ordered.
2. One Week delivery with The Fed Ex International Priority Service.
3. All your paintings will be Rolled (unframed) and shipped from Bali, Indonesia with Fed Ex Special Tube.
Tracking your Order
You can easily check the status of your order (Pending, Processing, Shipped) by clicking on My Account.
You will receive a confirming email that includes your package tracking number.
Your package can be traced through http://www.fedex.com.
Return Policy
While we are constantly striving to provide our customers with the information they need to make online purchases, we understand there is no substitute for "touching and feeling". We want you to have peace of mind in knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund of the artwork price.
Our success depends on your satisfaction and Our policy is:
"If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery in it's original, unused condition for a full refund of the artwork price".
Return Instructions
You must e-mail with the following details in order for us to authorize a return:
- Order #, First & Last Name
- Item #(s) you want to return
- Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, etc.
- Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Artwork Replacement or Refund?
- Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
We do not refund any taxes you were charged. We do not refund or credit handling and shipping charges.
Normal time for processing returns is 10-14 days.
Please note, the original expiration date will still apply. |
